to me by The A. 2. A. Supreme Advisory Council
for building The Buzi B'rith Youth OrgANizATion
IN Neu York City The presentation in
1943 WAS tied in with my leaving A.2.A. to
become AN Aviation CadeT and subsequently
serving The U.S. ARMY Air force AS it combat
navigator.
I had become The first A2A director
in Neu YORK in September, 1938. It also
MARKED THE HIRING of the first full time
A2A worker ortside 2 onzhz , NcSrzskz ,
site of our dational Headquarter. [A.ZA. had
developed A system if part-time field secretaries
and volunteer deputies.] The B'NAC PriR in District
ONE under The leadership of its Secretary
Lawrenu White played An important parT in
having This office opened and in my selection.
The District had responded to my Appeal As
District Aleph Sodel to help fund The
operation - Nation24 AZA supplied X 250;
METROPOLITAN Bivas Council, 375; Distreet
