Herewith enclosed you will find the semi-annual dues assessment
for your chapter for the six-month term ending June 30, 1940.

before December 25.
At the next meeting I would appreciate it if you would arrange
to have the chapter officially authorize payment covering this

event that your chapter is not in a position to meet this

who have been charged in the assessment; in addition, official
cards for the members of your chapter's advisory board according
to our records here at headquarters. We would appreciate same

In the event that your chapter had any alumni as of January 1,
alumni cards will be included with this communication. Be sure
and see that the entire obligations of an individual towards
