RE: CAMP CONVENTION
Dear Brother Aleph:
Due to the fact that a number of a lephs have advised that
they cannot pay the complete registration fee of the camp
convention by June 1, we have decided to make it possible
for an aleph to register for the camp by paying a deposit
of $5.00 with a balance of $9.00 payable upon final regis-
tration, Friday, June 28.
In order to make it possible for alephs to take advantage
of this new arrangement, we have extended the deadline for
registration until June 15.
Alephs, alumni, and advisors are cautioned against coming
to camp without registering in advance, as it
is very unlikely that accommodations will be
available for them this year, since the total
capacity is 500.
Those who are registering for camp are also
herewith notified that they are to bring their
own toweling. It is suggested that a minimum
of two hand towels and one bath towel be taken.
Those chapters or aleph clubs that have not yet
elected their delegates are urged to do so
without further delay SO as to enable the Grand
Aleph Godol to complete his committee appoint-
ments. We are afraid that unless delegates
are elected and register early that there will
not be accommodations for them at camp later.
