Food drives have been a popular project for AZA and BBG teens. Members collect donations to help address food scarcity in their local communities, which also serves to raise awareness about this often-overlooked problem. In 2014, BBYO awarded a private advance screening of the upcoming Hunger Games movie, Mockingjay Part I, to the three AZA and BBG chapters that collected the most food in a national drive.
