The fourth annual meeting of the Supreme Advisory Council was held at Des Moines, Iowa, on June 26, 27 and 28, 1927. This was the first meeting of the Council under their new method of election. Sam Beber was re-elected president for the three-year term. The other officers that were elected are: Jacob J. Lieberman, First Vice-President Julius J.
